Estoppel Letters
Attention Closing Agents and/or Title Companies
Please be advised that the fee for completion of the estoppel letter is Three Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($300.00) made payable to Mirza Basulto & Robbins, LLP. Upon receipt of a check in said amount, we will forward the completed estoppel letter to you within fifteen (15) days pursuant to §718.116(8) or §720.30851, Florida Statutes. Should your company require expedited service; the completed estoppel letter can be forwarded to you within three (3) business days of payment for an additional fee of One Hundred Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($150.00).
