Mr. Mirza's primary focus is on community association litigation issues. He handles cases involving enforcement of Association covenants, developer disputes, contractor disputes, boundary disputes, foreclosures, landlord tenant disputes, breach of contract, and breach of association reserve account provisions. He is a graduate of Villanova University with an LL.M. in Tax Law, a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelors of Accounting from Florida International University. He is a member of the Florida and Washington D.C. Bars as well as a member of the U.S. Tax Court. He was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Florida, and Southern District of Florida, and he is a Member of the Broward County and Miami-Dade County Bar Associations and the Florida Institute of CPA's.
Mr. Mirza previously worked as a Certified Public Accountant in the area of mergers and acquisitions for FPL Group, Qualtec, Inc., and Leblanc & Royal Enterprises, Inc., and he brings with him an extensive background and wealth of knowledge in analyzing financial statements and negotiating transactions.
